Shipping Policy

- We ship worldwide.

- Standard shipping rate is $5.99.

- An additional $1.25 is added for every extra item in your order.

Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

**Estimated Shipping Times:**

- Domestic: 5-10 business days

- International: 10-20 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.


Return Policy

- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Customized items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at order@thebillionairesclubinc.com to initiate a return.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at order@thebillionairesclubinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Printify-Specific Terms

As we use Printify for our shirt printing, the following additional terms apply:

- Printify handles the printing and shipping of our shirts. Any delays or issues related to the printing process will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

- In the event of a Printify-related defect (e.g., print quality issues), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the defect. We will coordinate with Printify to resolve the issue.
